Honeywell has successfully developed low global warming potential

liquid blowing agent

Honeywell has announced that the latest research and development of low global war-

ming potential of liquid applied to the foam insulation blowing agents have been appr-

oved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

The EPA under the Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP), approved by the latest

Honeywell Solstice ™ Liquid Blowing Agent (LBA) in the United States for refrigerator

insulation foam, residential and commercial buildingsspray foam insulation, insulation

metal plates and other applications.

"So far, no other material like Solstice ™ liquid foaming agent, from energy  efficient,

ultra-low global warming potential value to all aspects of the  cost-effectiveness  and

security

advantages." HoneywellSeoul fluorine Products foaming agent business global busin-

ess Director Sanjeev * Las Torquay (SanjeevRastogi), said: "We are very much look-

ing forward to the appliance manufacturers to improve its energy efficiency and env-

ironmental performance through the use of this new type of chemical materials  and

those who wish tobuilders to cooperate. "

The Solstice ™  liquid blowing agent global warming potential (GWP)  of less than 5,

this value is significantly lower than the hydrofluorocarbon compounds (HFC)  blowi-

ng agents. The blowing agents so closed-cell the structure foam insulation expansion,

can maximize the insulation properties of the foam.

The Solstice ™ liquid blowing agent is related industries provide a guarantee energy

efficiency and cost-effectiveness based on the path of sustainable development.  Bri-

tain, Japan and many other countries and regions have also been promulgated and i

mplemented the relevant laws and  regulations to encourage using  spray foam  and

construction sector has a low global warming potential, energy efficient foaming agent.

Honeywell Solstice brand products include liquid blowing agent in addition to  the

Solstice ™ based the new Honeywell the liquid hydrofluoroolefin technology, home and

automotive air conditioning refrigerant gas foaming agent, propellant and solventhelp

customers decreased without sacrificing product performance, low-carbon emissions.
